At LOT we like to kept things simple. We charge sellers comimssion on any item that sells on LOT, meaning there are no added fees for buyers on LOT.
All the products listed on LOT are carefully vetted by our experts. That said, we don't know everything about an item. If you have a question, feel free to contact us and we'll ask the seller on your behalf.

Know a friend who's moving house, just married or simply loves design? The perfect gift for design lovers is a LOT giftcard, which can be purchased in any amount of £50 or over.
For a fee of £25 plus VAT, we’ll arrange a delivery quote through a recommended courier on the buyer’s behalf. Alternatively, buyers may arrange their own courier or collect purchased LOTs in person. We will then put buyers and sellers in contact to coordinate delivery dates and times directly, ensuring a smooth exchange.
LOT has close relationships with many of the world's finest artisans and crafts people. On our webiste you'll find many bespoke one-off designs, that you won't be able to find anywhere else.
