What is LOT?
LOT is a curated marketplace for pre-owned designer furniture, connecting design lovers with quality pieces from other caring owners at great prices.

How Do I List An Item For Sale?
Click the List an Item button here or in our menu, upload photos and details of your item, set your price, and submit your listing for our team to review. Listings typically take around seven days to be approved before we publish them to LOT.
LOT asks for a £25 deposit on every item you list. When it sells, we return your deposit and apply a 25% + VAT sales commission. Delivery costs are covered by the buyer.
By comparison, auction houses involve red tape for an uncertain final price, and traditional resellers often expect you to sell at a 40–50% discount — meaning the LOT way allows you to keep far more of the profit.

How Can I Buy or Make An Offer?
You can purchase instantly at the listed price or make an offer directly to the seller. Once accepted, you’ll complete checkout securely through LOT.

How Does Delivery Work?
Delivery is arranged and paid for by the seller, after the item is purchased.
Buyers can choose to arrange insured delivery themselves, or pay £25 plus VAT at checkout for LOT to find them the most suitable delivery quotes, depending on the buyer's needs and circumstances.

What's Your Returns Policy?
As items are pre-owned and sold by individual sellers, all sales are final, except when the item received is not as described or presented.
We require all sellers to disclose any defects or damage on their listings and encourage buyers to ask questions before purchasing.
