Designed by Norm Architects, the Plinth Low Coffee Table is one of Audo Copenhagen's (formerly MENU) most recognisable contemporary designs, celebrating the natural beauty and sculptural qualities of solid marble.

Purchased new from Monologue London in 2018, this example is crafted from White Carrara Marble, with each surface showcasing the unique veining and character inherent to natural stone. Each marble slab is individually selected and precision-crafted, creating a piece that is entirely unique. Formed from solid 18 mm marble panels, the Plinth combines minimalist geometry with the richness of natural stone, functioning equally well as a coffee table or as a sculptural centrepiece within contemporary interiors.

Measuring 1000 × 600 × 270 mm and weighing approximately 82 kg, the table has been carefully maintained in a smoke-free home and remains in excellent condition, with only minimal signs of normal domestic use. During ownership, it was professionally stored for around 20 months, during which time it remained unused. To ensure safe storage and transportation, the table will be supplied with its bespoke timber protective crate, professionally made specifically for this piece. This provides excellent protection during collection, transportation and any future storage. The marble surfaces are honed and sealed to enhance durability while preserving the stone's natural appearance. As with all natural marble, each Plinth table is unique, with individual variations in colour and veining that form part of its character and appeal. The Plinth remains one of Audo Copenhagen's signature collections and a contemporary design classic. The table is offered complete with its original purchase documentation and bespoke protective transport crate, providing excellent provenance and peace of mind for its next owner.
