During manufacture, each piece of furniture is overseen by a nominated craftsman from our ever-expanding team of skilled upholsterers, sewers, polishers and cabinet makers. This ensures our ethos remains the same: to produce high quality, beautifully designed and wonderfully comfortable furniture.

Given all our stock is located with design lovers across the country. Shipping is charged separately on LOT after purchase. Customers can use LOT's white glove service that insures your item(s) in transit or arrange their own delivery. You can choose an option at checkout. If a buyer receives a defective product from a seller, they may be entitled, within 14 days of receiving the defective product, to receive a full refund.
