Robin Day, along with Lucienne Day, his wife are acknowledged and celebrated as two of Britain’s most renowned furniture and textile designers respectively. Robin Day designed an exceptional cross-section of furniture in a career spanning more than 60 years. He had an acute understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
