Description

Stunning Voiles Dining Table by Roche Bobois. Unfortunately have moved, and is too large for the room. In excellent condition. Some very minor scratches on the glass top. I am also including 4 dining chairs (not from RB).

This table from Roche Bobois retails for £7000.

The glass is all securely packed, as not unpacked after my move. Based in North London for collection. Three months of research in the workshop were necessary for designer-sculptor Maurice Barilone to obtain the aerial shape of these curved sheets that make up the base. They are cut, subjected to 1500 kg of pressure, welded together, and re-polished before adding the desired finish.

The beauty of these pieces is the look of lightness that is created out of this thick metal. The reflections created by the galvanisation in chrome-plated finish give it a refined look.
